In 1972, after accumulating over 25 years of broaching experience, Bernard Aude, Sr. decided to start his own broach company. He created Wolverine Broach Co., Inc. which was incorporated under the laws of the state of Michigan in July of 1972. Bernard Aude, Jr. started working at Wolverine Broach in 1972 after graduating from the University of Michigan. In addition, he opened Wolverine Production & Engineering in 1982. With this addition Wolverine Broach was able to provide a full spectrum of broaching services from tool manufacturing to the production broaching process. In 1996 he expanded our operations to include a southeast division located in Alcoa, Tennessee to accommodate the day-to-day needs of the southeast region. Mr. Aude, Jr. is presently the sole owner and President of Wolverine Broach. Wolverine Broach currently occupies a 16,400 sq. ft. facility in the Harrison Industrial Corridor of Harrison Township, Michigan and employs 33 people. Our customer base has grown to over 150 in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
